Since the beginning of his commercial activity in 2004, one of Ednon’s objectives is to improve the quality of their professional services.
In 2008, the company achieved ISO 9001 certification for its Quality Management System, although its implementation had begun years before. Since it was obtained, the commitment of the company to a continuous improvement has increased annually.
This is the reason why, two years later, in 2010, and as a result of its social responsibility, the company obtained ISO 14001 certification for its Environmental Management System.
Also, as a result of this commitment, the company certifies in that same year the main and elementary activity of the company: technology services; through ISO 20000 certification about Information Technology Services Management.
Due to increasingly Ednon’s and clients’ internal awareness regarding the secure treatment of information, the company implements an ISMS – Information Security Management System, certified by ISO 27001 in 2011, so that the guarantee is transferred (both internally and externally) regarding confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information through the application of 114 controls.
Additionally, and as a consequence of the cybersecurity specialization of the company and the services we provide from our Security Operations Center and Incident Response Center (NXT-ENOC), in 2020 we have achieved the certification of the National Security Scheme (ENS –Spain-) in medium category.
The achievement of these certifications would not be possible without the involvement and effort of Ednon’s staff and collaborators. They have been and they are essential.
The management systems described remain in force, as well as our concern for quality management to be a real and operational fact in the processes of the company.
The effective application of the integrated management system in the company is audited annually (based on the five regulatory standards indicated), and it is carried out through an independent and accredited external entity. This guarantees our level of commitment and control over the activity development.

UNE-ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018
Information Technology Service Management System, applicable to ICT Support and Maintenance services.
UNE-ISO 27001:2014
Information Security Management System, applicable to ICT information systems that support the activity of the company, ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability.
ENS (Spain) National Security Scheme, medium category
Its purpose is to establish a security policy in the use of electronic means. It is made up of basic principles and minimum requirements allowing adequate protection of data. It comprises 75 security measures included in an organizational framework, an operational framework and protection measures.

Its purpose is to establish the security policy for the use of electronic media, covering all dimensions of security at the highest level. It comprises 75 security measures contained in an organisational framework, operational framework and protection measures, aimed at achieving maximum protection of information and services, as well as promoting continuous security management.
UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015
Quality Management System in the following areas: Consulting services, design, integration and implementation of computer solutions. Supply, maintenance and technical assistance services for information and communication systems.
It has the objective of continuous improvement of our processes to increase the satisfaction of our clients with our services.

Environmental Management System, with the same range as the ISO 9001 standard.
Its objective is to guarantee the commitment of the company to respect the natural environment. For this:
- in addition to compliance with all applicable legal requirements
- we collaborate with our suppliers or subcontractors to ensure that products or services are committed to respecting the environment
- we have agreements with different authorized waste managers who are in charge of the destruction and recycling tasks of the waste generated specifically in the development of our activities.
